Do you ship the balloons flat?

Yes. All the balloons ship in flat condition - not inflated.

The Australian government recently passed a new law that will go into effect 1st July 2018 that impacts some orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect goods and services tax (GST) on certain goods sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD. Etsy will collect tax on these orders shipped to Australia. You might need to add additional information to the customs forms on these packages.

How long the balloons will float?

Research shows average float time is 5-7 hours. Float time can vary significantly based on the level of inflation (under inflation, regular inflation, or over inflation), size of balloon (9-inch, 11-inch, 18-inch), and external factors such as temperature and altitude. Balloons float longer in colder temperatures. We recommend inflating balloons 1-2 hours prior to the event for the best results.
