RitzyGlitzyTzs hand makes all designs with YOU our customers in mind. We take extra precautions to ensure all products are inspected for quality and are free of flaws and damage before shipping. RitzyGlitzyTzs also make every effort to ensure the material being used (Vinyl and Rhinestone Transfers) are of the highest quality; ensuring all designs meet customer satisfaction and ensure longer wear. We offer a variety of t-shirt styles and colors for each design all on cotton t-shirts. Because we offer a variety of styles, it is important that YOU the customer read the product details to select a t-shirt style.

Custom and personalized orders

RitzyGlitzyTzs welcomes customized orders with a qty minimum of 10. All customized orders require the customer to submit a sample design to RitzyGlitzyTzs via email. Upon receipt, RitzyGlitzyTzs will review the design and respond within 1-3 business days with a proposed draft (if applicable) for ordering. Customers are expected to respond with approval within 1-3 business days of receiving the draft. If no response is received within the allotted time frame, the design will be discarded and the order will be canceled.

Because RitzyGlitzyTzs use material that can be altered or damaged without proper care, all products should be washed inside out and on a gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry for durability and longer wear. RitzyGlitzyTzs cannot be held responsible for product that is damaged and/or altered due to customer negligence (not following the care instructions). Therefore, refunds and exchanges will not be honored in this situation.

Standard Operating Procedures

Product is shipped Monday – Friday, to ensure YOU our customers receive your order as promised using USPS. Customers have the option of selecting standard and expedited shipping service. If expedited services in not selected, all orders will be shipped using standard USPS ground services. PLEASE NOTE: RitzyGlitzy has no control over the postal service transit and delivery times. Therefore, orders should be placed well in advance of your due dates to account for delivery issues and/or weather related issues (in some areas). Because items are made to order, there is a standard processing time of 3-5 business days. However, there are instances where the product is readily available and may ship sooner than expected.

REFUND AND EXCHANGES We understand no matter how hard we try, we simply will not be able to please everyone. Therefore, we will do our best to provide all of our customers with a fair restitution. Full Refunds are available when RitzyGlitzyTzs is at fault (wrong item shipped, item damaged, flawed, or did not arrive on-time per the customer specifications). Exchanges only are available, when the product does not meet the customer satisfaction. For instance, customer changed mind about the color, shirt style, wrong size ordered and/or it has been more than 10 days since the product was received by the customer.
