Custom and personalised orders

Personalised orders cannot be returned, for instance if you want me to punch holes in a belt that you have purchased, keep this in mind before requesting personalisation. Custom orders can not be returned. I do take on custom orders, sometimes. Most of the time however, I am extremely busy keeping stock levels up to date and creatingmy own designs, so expect 90% of the time a 'no' upon your request.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale is welcomed and I would be happy to discuss terms for that, do however keep in mind that this is all handcrafted and no sewing machines or other big machinery are used in the process, so a request for 1000 handsewn pouches may be a tad much.

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days after receipt of goods and any returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt at your own cost, with goods undamaged, unworn and completely intact. Please contact me about the return, before shipping out. You will not be refunded any shipping or handling costs made for the return of the item and the original shipping costs will not be refunded either, only the item price. A refund will be awarded once the goods have been received intact. Only stock items are eligible for the return policy, custom made items, pesonalised items, loot boxes and sale items are not.

Many costumers in the Netherlands (or sometimes Germany, UK or Italy) ask me to bring their items along to an event we will be visiting, if you think this might apply for an order you wish to place, please do not hesitate to contact me so we can work something out. Events and groups that are currently being visited on a regular basis are: Conquest of Mythodea, LarpCon Kassel, Heroes Dutch Comic Con and Vortex Adventures. It is also possible to pick up your order in Apeldoorn, at the workshop.

This is a larp leather bottle pouch or embroidered wine bottle holder, great as a costume accessory for cosplay, medieval fantasy or as a water carrier. It makes for a nice Halloween bag or something to keep your coffee or tea warm in stylish way to hide the thermos, but it is also perfect to pretty up your thermos in every day life.

There are multiple larp leather bottle pouches available, the embroidered thermos covers comes in various designs and colours, this is the Halloween batch listing though.

The bottle pouches are made to fit a 0.5 liter thermos that is 23 cm high and about 25 cm in circumference.

There is also the option to purchase the cover with an added thermos bottle, just click to add it on from the drop down menu.

These are made in small numbers and most likely completely unique as I carefully select each piece of leather that I work with. Although the designs are machine embroidered, the rest of the bag is cut and handstitched by hand. The stitching is done using a very sturdy waxed thread, so I know it will take the weight easily of a full thermos. If anything needs replacing at some point, it will be the leather thong at the top, but picking up some leather lace shouldn't be a big issue.
The top has a silver coloured bead over the lace, to help keep the thermos cover closed.

These bottle bags are also great for use with a wine bottle, to make a nice tableside statement.

The offered thermos add on are the ones you see in the photograph, a good quality thermos, made in Germany, by Helios.

An important note on the blue 'alchemist' thermos cover. This was one has slightly different dimensions, as you can also see in the photos. It is several centimeters taller, but also a few centimers less in circumference. I have tested it with the bottle of mead shown in the photo and it definitely still fits, but it is a bit of snug fit.
