We suggest hand washing your collars in a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Bow tie attachments should only be washed gently by hand or spot cleaned as needed to keep its shape. Air dry only. For Faux Leather Collars, we recommend a mild clean regularly. Dampen a soft non-abrasive cloth with warm water and mild detergent as needed, and gently wipe the surface of the material. Wipe away any detergent or soap with warm water. Afterwards, dry off with a clean soft cloth. This prevents general wear and tear and everyday marks from building up.

Measure his or her neck's exact circumference while he or she is sitting with a soft tape measure to determine the appropriate size. If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the length of the string. Please note that the thickness of the collar corresponds with the size of the collar. XS: 3/8 inch wide. S: 5/8 inch wide. M: 3/4 inch wide. L: 1 inch wide. XS Dog and Cat Collars are the same thickness (3/8 inch width). Bow tie sizes correlate to collar size when purchased as a set. If you would like to substitute a different size bow on your collar (eg. Small Bow Tie on a Medium Collar), please leave us a note.

Are the bow ties removable?

Yes, bow ties are attached to the collar by two elastics in the back which can be slipped on and off the collar. The collar may be worn alone for day to day use.

Canadian Shipping Method

All Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post and a tracking number is not provided with our standard shipping option. If tracking is important to you, please let us know! We'll work out a solution that works best for you. Shipping takes 2-3 business days within Alberta, 5-6 business days for SK and BC residents, and 7-10 business days for ON, QC, MB and beyond. Express shipping is available if you need to meet a deadline.

United States Shipping Method

U.S orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your parcel to reach the U.S border before it is dispatched by USPS. USPS delivers within 7-10 business days.

International Shipping

International Orders are shipped via Canada Post or DYK Post and a tracking number is not provided with our standard shipping option. We will do our best to ensure that your orders are sent in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee that the items will reach you on time. Through DYK Post, items can take between between 3-6 weeks to be delivered. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in our pricing. Please check with the Customs in your country to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

Custom and personalised orders

We are more than happy to assist you with customizing our product. We can interchange the width of your collar if you would prefer a narrower or thicker collar. We can also substitute a smaller or larger bow tie to your collar upon request. Please message us to arrange your customized set. Please note, all custom collars are a final sale.
