We will print your favorite photo with one of these phrases on the flag. Or you may choose to have us simply print your treasured photo with no text at all. If you have your own phrase in mind, please send us a message about having us create a custom order.

These extremely durable, polyester-blend flags were designed to be outside. They aren't affected by rain, sun or snow. Years later the color will still be retained, and they'll still look beautiful!

*** SIZE ***
-This garden flag is 16x10 inches.
-It has a sleeve at the top sewn in so it can easily be placed in a stand (not included). If you would prefer there be grommets instead of a sleeve, please message us. If nothing is specified, we will sew in a sleeve at the top.

*** HOW THEY'RE MADE ***
-We use a dye sublimination technique, which means the fabric itself is dyed and will be printed on one side.

*** PHOTO QUALITY AND LAYOUT ***
-If you're choosing a vertical layout, please send a vertical photo.
-If you're choosing a horizontal layout, please send a horizontal photo.
-We want to make sure your flag prints beautifully, and to help make that happen, please do NOT send us photos that are less than 1 MG. Photos with a low resolution will result in a grainy, blurry flag, and we know you don't want that!

*** SENDING PHOTO ***
-Please send us a message via Etsy with the photo you'd like us to print on the flag. If a pho tois not sent at the time of message, this may result in a production delay.

*** FLAG STYLE ***
-You may have just your photo printed on the flag, or for an additional fee, you can have us print your photo with one of our text options.

*** SENDING PERSONALIZATION ***
-When you check out, there will be a box called, "Note to Seller." Please tell us there what name/nickname you'd like us to use for the personalization (fi you've selected that option).

*** WANT A BIGGER SIZE ***

We will always do our best to help you track a package. However, we are NOT resposible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier. They are simply estimates based on what normally happens with items we ship and what the carriers post on their ends for the selected method of shipment. All of our products are packed carefully to prevent shipping damage. Some are packed in cello bags and then shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope and others are shipped in boxes before being packaged. It very much depends on your order. You often have the option to upgrade to a gift box! Sometimes gift boxes are even free!

If a product is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with UPS or USPS. If you need help with this, please contact us. If UPS or USPS determined your order was improperly packed, we will take responsibility for that.

Because our items are all personalized, it does take a little time on our end, and it is very much based upon the product.

However, most items have a product time of 3 to 10 business days. Once they are shipped, most will arrive within 2-3 days.

If you need a product faster than 3 to 10 business days (each product is different and we have a more specific time frame listed on each item), please contact us and we will work hard to get it to you faster. (Expedited fees may apply).

Once again Mandy and her dad have come through for me with beautifully designed and printed memorial thank you notes. She has provided these cards quickly at the time of both my dad's death and now my mom's.
