Can I have any logo or artwork digitized by you so I can embroider it myself?

I can digitize any logo or artwork design that you own or have written permission to use. I cannot digitize or embroider copyrighted or trademarked logos / designs unless you are the owner of the design or have written permission to use it for your purposes.

Is your business a non-smoking environment?

Yes, smoking is not allowed anywhere in our business facility and we are all non-smokers.

What is your normal turn around time on orders?

We embroider every order at the time of the order. Our normal turn around is 2 - 5 days. If you are placing a bulk order it may take a bit longer, but we will give you an expected shipping time when the order is placed.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes we do, please ask if you are ordering in bulk (12 or more of the exact same item). We will be happy to make you a deal on your order. Message us for details.

Can you embroider my design / logo from a picture or drawing?

A design or logo in a picture format will have to go through a manual process known as digitizing before it can be embroidered. The digitizing cost is based on the size and complexity of the logo/design. A lot of people we talk to do not realize this step has to happen before the sewing can start. Once the logo has been digitized it can be embroidered as many times as you like from that same digitized embroidery file, so it only has to be digitized once. We do all of our own digitizing in-house, and it usually only takes a couple of days to complete. The digitizing charge is a usually a one-time cost unless you have us make changes to the design once it has been digitized and approved.

the hat is a small meduim and is too small for me. I did not see sizes listed as an option. quality is great, embroidery is great and shipping was super quick. Great seller, but it doesn't fit.
