The view point is located near Orient, ME and overlooks the Chiputneticook Lakes area of New Brunswick and Maine. We have lived at East Grand Lake since 1974 and our family has enjoyed it immensely. The view is indeed worth a million dollars.

For this painting I used Cerulean Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Vivid Red Orange, Naples Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Red Deep, Permanent Green, Green Gold, Chrome Green and Burnt Umber acrylic paints.

The original acrylic on stretched canvas painting is one of the paintings in my "Nature Series" and is titled "Grand Lake from Green Mountain".
