Custom and personalized orders

Yes I do take custom orders, but you will need to send me a picture to know for sure if I can do it. NOT refund on Personalized or custom orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, gift wrapping is available. When you paid for gift wrapping the package ships in priority most of the time but it really depends on the size of the order.

For sizing details please read the listing description as I do my best to include all the information in the description of the item.

All items ship with care instructions, but if you have questions please message me and I will be happy to provide them base on the items that you are buying.

We can take wholesale orders, but with several weeks of anticipation since our items take many hours or even days to be finished.

Can I return my item?

Returns accepted within 14 days only for newborn and 0-3 months. Our items are made to order which, for this reason returns are only accepted if they meet the following requirements. ➡️ Size is newborn and 0-3 months only (not return for bigger sizes) ➡️ Returns have to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. ➡️ Returns are not accepted on personalized or custom orders. ➡️ Item has to be unworn in its original condition ➡️ not returns are accepted for multiple quantity orders Buyer is responsible for shipping costs Handmade items are not mass produced, they take many hours or even days to be made. Buyer is responsible for initial shipping and return shipping If you have any question please feel free to ask 😊

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Refund and undeliverable packages by the postal service will be charged the original shipping and the cost to redeliver the package. If customer decides not to have it redeliver, a 15% restocking fee will be charged in addition to the shipping that was paid to postal service for the original shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelation accepted the within 24 hours, cancelations after 24 hours will have a 10% if order has been started.
