WASHING TIPS – For minor cleaning just gentle scrub with a damp rag. For tougher spots, use a mild castile soap and water mixture to scrub or brush it. We strongly advise you to never machine wash or hand wash your apron: that will deteriorate the wax quality. Re-wax as necessary with a bar of fabric wax.

• We ship internationally - Customs Duties and Import VAT may apply: When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive in the destination country.
• We ship items within 3 business days after the payment is confirmed
• Tracking number will be made available to the buyer on the same day of shipment
• If your country doesn't appear as a shipping area, message us and we'll try to solve it for you
• We will take all necessary measures to ensure your item arrives in the best shape possible.

___ ABOUT ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS:

• Orders containing more than one item might have the items shipped separately. This might happen because, to speed up deliveries, we are using a fulfillment center - Amazon FBA - that keeps our products in warehouses throughout the country. This way our products are closer to you, but items from the same order might come from different locations, in separate packages.
• If your orders with multiple items get shipped separately, you might not receive a tracking number for each one. This is because most marketplaces only allow one tracking number to be posted on their platform per order.
• Nevertheless, all of the items in the order should arrive within the promised timeframe.

ABOUT CUSTOMIZATIONS:

• All our products are offered as-is because we usually make them in bulk of 20 units, and, after finishing them, we ship them to a fulfillment center to make our deliveries faster. In order to make any alteration, we would need to make the whole product from scratch, which adds a lot to the final production cost. For that reason, we only take custom orders of over 10 units.
