We are not responsible for any lost Packages. Once a Package is shipped, a tracking number is provided to you Via Etsy messaging email. In case of a lost Package, you will need to contact the Post Office. Once a package is marked as Delivered, We are not responsible in the case of lost or theft to your point of delivery. Insured Priority Mail and signature and confirmation is available for purchase at check out if that is a concern for you.
