Where is the download link for my digital item?

You must access the file from ETSY.com from a web browser. Digital items cannot be accessed from the Etsy App. Log into your Etsy account, go to "Purchases and reviews" under your account menu, find the order, and click "Download files." Your files will be available immediately after payment is processed.

How long do I have to download my files?

Etsy allows you to download your digital files as many times as you need, but only for a limited time. You typically have access to download your files for a period of time set by Etsy (currently this is indefinite for most purchases, but it's best to download them promptly). To be safe, download and save your files to your computer or cloud storage as soon as possible after purchase. I will always email you a previous purchase if the link expires.
