Watchband care, warranty and repairs

Free 30 day warranty on watchbands to receive free repairs. Please do not wear with other bracelets that may hit against your band and loosen the jewels. Please do not get watch band wet, as this may cause tarnishing on some of the pieces and will not be covered in the warranty. For repairs after the 30 day warranty, contact shop owner to see how to move forward with a repair service. We want you to always be able to enjoy your band:)

Please return your item in its original packaging and in new, unused condition, within 14 days of receiving to: Copper Robin Attn: returns (or enter exchange) 2769 W. Shady Hollow Ln. Lehi, UT 84043 Along with your item please include your receipt or a note with the order number, customer name, and what you would like us to help you with. If you return an item (within the return window time frame) that has obvious wear that will decrease it's value for resale, you will not be refunded, and it will be your responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to you. Please package carefully and ship items back with all of it's clasps and original packaging.

Returns on items purchased with free shipping

Please see the return policy for more details on allowed returns. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A $5 shipping fee will be taken out of the total refund to cover seller shipping costs if item is returned that was purchased with free shipping. Please see all size descriptions and read all info carefully on each item before purchasing.

CHRISTMAS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchase gifts with confidence! Mark your item as a gift at checkout and this will allow you to be able to return or exchange new/unused items up until Jan. 15th. Must be postmarked before or on Jan. 15th in order to qualify purchases made in November and part of December.

All Items ship within 2 business days unless ordered with a custom piece. Your order will be shipped all together. Consider placing 2 orders if you would like a premade band sooner than a preorder band.

📬RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving items. EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN WINDOW: Orders placed during the months of November and December must be returned by January 15th. Please contact us first so we can help you with our hassle-free return process. Return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility. If you are returning an order that was purchased with free shipping, your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping and materials used. We are a small business and can't pay for "try-ons". Free shipping is a courtesy to those who keep their items.
All exchanges are shipped out for free once the original item has been returned.
