How does my order arrive?

Your order will ship to the exact address that you enter on Etsy. Make sure your address is entered correctly. Your order will ship either by UPS or FedEx Ground. Most orders arrive disassembled and carefully packaged in a flat box. Desks and Tables require simply assembling the top and attaching the legs using a 7/16" and a 9/16" socket wrench hand ratchet. Pipe leg components may require assembly. All hardware is included along with step-by-step instructions.

Do you ship to Europe, Alaska or Hawaii?

Not at this time. Currently shipping products to the lower 48 States in United States of America only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each piece is individually handcrafted one at a time. Processing time is between 1 to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated in the item shipping details. After your order ships, expect 1 to 7 business days for your order to arrive at your shipping address. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via Etsy when your order ships.

Yes, some assembly is required for most items. Desks and Tables require simply attaching the legs to the wood top using a 7/16" socket wrench hand ratchet (or other tools noted in instructions) with the hardware included. Pipe leg components may require assembly. All hardware is included as well as easy to follow instructions.

Is black steel pipe actually black in color?

The pipe we use in our products is not galvanized and generally has a dark gray charcoal color or sometimes a black color which is made by the forging process and provides a rustic industrial appearance. Some parts may include small surface scratches and small pits. We cannot guarantee color uniformity among pipe parts and components since colors may vary in appearance per piece.

What is the weight capacity?

Stationary Weight Capacities: When properly assembled, Desks and Tables have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 40 Lbs, Console Tables and TV Consoles have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 30 Lbs, Benches have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 200 Lbs, Shelves and all other products have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 15 Lbs unless otherwise noted. Exceeding the Stationary Weight Capacity may cause serious personal injury or damage to the product. Do not attach or use accessories including but not limited to Monitor Mounts, Monitor Arms, Monitor Stands. Attaching or using accessories (i.e., Monitor Mounts, Monitor Arms, Monitor Stands) may create instability of product and may cause serious personal injury or damage to the product.

Care and Cleaning Instructions:

Clean water spills up promptly. Use coasters to protect from standing water and felt pads on objects to prevent scratches. Always use pot holders to protect from heat. Never place hot objects on or near furniture. Clean with non-abrasive, water-damp cloth. Never leave wet cloth on surface. If cleaning is needed due to grime, add a speck of detergent or a bit of vinegar. Never use chemicals or toxic cleaners. Never use oil-soap or silicone-based cleaners such as Pledge, Endust or Murphy's Oil. Never use polishes or dusting sprays. Use leg floor protectors to prevent stains & scratches. All items are designed for INDOOR USE ONLY, @72 degrees F @40% relative humidity. Excessive dryness, dampness, heat or cold will damage furniture.

This beautiful Rustic Wood Table features industrial steel pipe legs topped off with a thick 1.5" solid wood surface. The wood top is handcrafted from carefully selected timber, chosen for characteristics such as knots, variable grain patterns, saw marks, nail holes, dents and distressed details, as well as many other unique characteristics. Each piece is handled with care and crafted with hours of skillful labor. Like crafting a piece of artwork, the wood is sawed, shaped and sanded to form this beautiful treasure. The surface also features approximately one-half inch V-shaped grooves along each joined board edge to provide a rustic plank board feel and appearance. A full array of rich finishes and colors are available for your choosing. All finishes are hand applied and top coated with a water based polyurethane.
