• Yes, absolutely! Please head on over to my product listing and click on the "Custom Stickers" section on the left side of your screen. You'll find here the listings for custom stickers, available in any shape & size (no bigger than 7.65"x7.65"). I have a list of sizes in every listing, but if you have a different measurement in mind, please let me know, I'd be happy to make them in your preferred size & shape.

• I will need a high resolution file of your logo with your order # emailed to stickerartdesigns@gmail.com after you've made your purchase.

• Every item in my shop is made to order. I do not offer returns & exchanges, but I am willing to work with you.

• You can cancel your order within 24hrs of purchase.

• All items designed by me for customers may be photographed and posted as a listing on my shop, or on my business social media platforms. This means, I may add a listing to start selling using photos of your custom sticker/cards/tags/notepads or any items I mainly designed and with photos I have taken myself.

• Please know that these listings are not posted to sell your information, consider them as a marketing help for your business. I am selling the products themselves, that can be personalized for the next customer.

• I won't be posting items with sensitive information. Example: RSVP stickers with addresses, any personal non-business related items will not be posted to my shop.

• All items in my small shop are designed by me, Hazel, for and is the property of Sticker Art Designs. Any item reproduced or claimed as your own may result in legal proceedings.

• Current processing time is 3 weeks.

• Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, upgrades are available at check out.

• You can add the shipping upgrade "Please add Signature Confirmation" if you'd like it added to your package. This is recommended if you have trouble receiving your packages at your shipping address.

• Shipping fees include packaging materials, envelopes, postage, etc.

• Order(s) will ship to the Etsy address provided during sale.

• If an order gets returned to us or don't reach your actual address due to wrong address provided at check out, you would need to pay for shipping to get it resent to your correct address.

• All international orders will be shipped via First Class International mail (standard shipping) unless the buyer chose Priority Mail at check out. Please know that First Class International mail may have tracking numbers BUT it will likely just show a couple updates in the beginning up to when it leaves the USA.

• International delivery times could take 2 weeks to 3 months depending on weather conditions, post office delays, and destination. Tracking is available BUT most of the times it's updated only up to when it leaves the USA (First Class International). Full tracking is available with Priority International Mail.

Please always keep in mind that I do not have control over USPS shipping times/mishaps.
