Digital Prints - We cannot refund, as our prints are digital. However if there are any issues with your print, please let us know and we will try to fix the problem for you, as quickly as possible. We want you to be happy!

Custom Work - We cannot refund custom work once a proof is approved. If your printed item(s) arrived damaged or there are flaws from the printing process, please contact us upon receipt of the items with a photo of the damage or issue so we can arrange a re-print.

Non-Custom Printed Items:
Refunds will be given for non-custom items purchased within 5 days of receipt. Return postage must be paid by the buyer and items must be returned complete and in their original condition before refund is made.

Sizing details
The JPEG you will receive is 8x10", you can print the 8x10 JPEG up to an 11x14 with very little loss of resolution. Please note that the larger you print above the original size, the quality will go down. The best quality is always at the original size.

It is not actual glitter, watercolor or gold foil, so your printer will print it exactly as is shown in the listing photo.
