My order says shipped. Where is it?

Etsy automatically includes shipping details for all shops, but unfortunately it is misleading because it does not apply to my shop as I only sell instant downloads here on Etsy. If you're interested in printed goods, please get in touch here: meow@miumicat.com

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

No, the files are for personal use only. Copyright of the artwork remains with Miümi Cat and does not transfer with your purchase. If you're interested in licensing, please get in touch here: meow@miumicat.com

I printed my order, and it doesn't look exactly like it did on my computer. What's wrong with the files?

Colors may not print as shown on your computer monitor due to a variety of reasons such as how your screen is calibrated, whether you used the JPG (RGB) or PDF (CMYK), etc. Please understand that exact color matching is next to impossible.

I didn't read that I was buying an instant download. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be given. Please get in touch if you need help printing your files.

No physical item will be sent! Shortly after payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing your download link. The email will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. You can download these files at your earliest convenience and either print them at home or from a printer of your choice!

Although the PDF file is recommended for best print results, some print services, such as at Walgreens, may only accept the JPG file.

All of my digital prints are created in Adobe Illustrator yielding a completely vector image which means that you can use the .pdf file to blow it up as large as you would like to suit your space with no loss of quality! Score!

**Please do note that the files are hi-res, but the listing images you see here are not. The files you will receive will be nice and crisp, no worries! ;-)

**Colors when printed may not match the colors displayed on your monitor exactly.
