How long does the elderberry last in the fridge once open?

Our elderberry will stay good in the fridge for two months once it has been opened. We have gotten our product third party tested for safety so you can know exactly how long it will last. Be wary of other elderberry products that have not had their product tested for safety. There are many elderberry syrup's out there (Even clean ones) that will last upwards of six months in the fridge but that is only because they use a very large amount of honey (usually half honey) to help preserve it longer. This makes their product extremely high in sugar content and less potent. We also use zero preservatives that would make the product last longer so enjoy knowing you are consuming a potent and clean elderberry product!

Taste- I LOVE the taste of this blend, it is tangy and tart with a hint of sweetness. It reminds me of summer time on the back porch. Add a little sweetener if you want it less tangy. Preferably raw local honey or organic stevia.

**Serving Suggestion**
Serving Size for one cup of tea is around 1-3 tsp per 8 oz of hot (just below boiling) water. Adjust the amount of tea or steeping time to create a lighter or stronger flavor. (I prefer 1 tbsp). Steep 10-20 minutes in a covered cup for a robust herbal infusion. Add raw local honey if desired.
