This classic clown hat is perfect for plays, burlesque acts, vaudeville, you name it- any time you need that perfect retro look. it stands 12" inches high. It is made with a buckram and wire base and had been covered in two layers of fabric, the top being a crisp white satin. it has three little pom poms up the front and a handmade pom pom on top. Simple and effective!
It slides on to a black satin headband and you can position it any way you want. I use only the most comfortable headbands around. One size fits all!

I am not a costume rental shop. I must be contacted THE NEXT DAY if you are not completely pleased with your purchase. Items must be sent back within TWO DAYS and you must provide me with tracking.
If you have ordered as a rush and give a date that you need it and then contact me after that date- that also negates any returns.
I am not responsible for the USPS or FEDEX for not getting your items to you in time as long as I have held up my end of the deal and gotten them out in time.
I have PERFECT ratings here at Etsy. I work very very hard and am a meticulous fabricator. I totally understand if something doesn't suit you after you try it on and you need to return- but open that box and try it on!
