How often/quickly do you ship?

Pretty quickly! I generally ship Monday thru Friday, and most Saturdays. Please note, there will be NO SHIPMENTS on the following shop and postal holidays: November 1st-8th-shop holiday Tuesday, November 11 Veterans Day Thursday, November 27 Thanksgiving Day Thursday, December 25 Christmas Day All Sundays - USPS closed Buyers who elect to use USPS Ground Advantage postage will see their packages mailed in 1-3 business days, except where noted above. Every effort is made to ship Priority and Express orders same or next business day. Processing times may vary from item to item, and can be found directly in each item's listing.

How long does shipping (transit time) take?

Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for obvious reasons beyond my control, but under current circumstances, these estimates should be reliable: USA Orders: USPS Ground Postage: Typically 3-5 days, but occasional delays happen from time to time. I want to ship this as a gift. What is the process?

Easy peasy! All orders are always shipped in gift-ready packaging, and no pricing details are included inside the package, ever. If you would like to include a message to the recipient, please just leave your message in "Optional Buyer Notes." I will gladly transfer the message onto a little card included inside the package.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what now?

If your package has not yet shipped, pleased contact me IMMEDIATELY so that your shipping address can be corrected. I can fix it for you! If your package has already shipped, please contact your local postal authority and request it be forwarded to the proper address. This needs to be completed by the buyer, not by the shop. If your package has already shipped and is returned in the mail to the shop, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the package a 2nd time, if requested. Otherwise, upon receipt of your returned package, you will be refunded the purchase price, less shipping. Please be sure you provide an accurate shipping address to avoid such additional charges.

I believe my package is lost; what are the steps?

Packages are considered lost for Domestic order after 3 weeks have passed from the shipment date. Packages are considered lost for International orders after 8 weeks have passed from the shipment date. If your package has not arrived within the above mentioned time frame, please contact me so that a replacement can be mailed. Please note: tracking is included with your order. If the tracking states your package has been delivered, please contact your local Post Office. This happens from time to time, and they can almost always track the package down with GPS scan. If, after 2 weeks, and with a written letter/email/phone call from USPS that your package was misdelivered or lost, I will gladly reship your order free of charge.

Do you have gift packaging?

I use a wide selection of colored gift boxes for all of the various items in the shop. Unless otherwise noted, all items include a gift box.

This is an amazing necklace for Kida cosplay as the opalite crystal shines a beautiful array of colors in daylight (it does not glow in the dark). It a bluish tint to it.

Outside of Kida cosplay, this opalite crystal looks great for everyday wear. With 24 faucets, it is a unique and well-made pendant.

The crystal pendants can vary slightly in shape and size, but the average is around 2.5" in length, and is currently only available with a gold cap.

The faux leather cord is available in black or brown, and in various lengths; lobster claw clasp.
