Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the recent changes within the USPS there can be severe delays at the post office so there is no way to guarantee a delivery time. We can only ship out orders as soon as possible on our end, once shipped out the delivery time frame is determined by USPS. The only way to guarantee a delivery time frame is to purchase USPS Priority Express Mail and even with this service USPS has stated that there can be delays in transit. If you have something you need by a certain date please contact us before placing your order and we will be glad to check what shipping option is recommended and if your request is possible. All of our packages are insured as there is always the chance of damages during transit.
Please make sure to contact us within 5 business days of the delivery of the damaged package and send us photos of the broken item and the shipping box you received the item in. Make sure to keep all of the packaging and the broken item as USPS requires that all claims be inspected in order for the claim to be processed. Once we receive notification and photos of the broken or damaged item you received within 24-48 hours we will send you the USPS claim number you will need for the inspection. Once you have gotten your package inspected by USPS please send us the inspection confirmation so we can proceed with replacing your broken/damaged item.

Laser Print Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered. Once your order has been shipped out you will be sent the tracking number so you can track the status of your order in transit. In the event that your package is lost or stolen we will help you with filing a claim with the appropriate carrier.

All orders are shipped shipped within 1-3 business days unless we are waiting for a reply from the customer. If you need to change your shipping address please let us know within 1 business day as once the order has been shipped out there is no way to change the shipping address in transit. Please double check your shipping address as the shipping label is printed directly with the shipping address on your Etsy order receipt.

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, a new shipping label will need to be purchased as USPS will not allow the package to be shipped again using the same label.
