Wholesale availability

I wholesale t-shirts and jewelry, but cannot wholesale bags due to the high cost for materials. Bags are currently priced at wholesale. Due to high demand and limited production resources, I do not consign any of my items.

Do you do custom bags with materials of my choice?

I am open to custom projects that utilize materials outside of my regular stock. However, because I may have to order materials I will not re-use in my regular production, I will require the buyer to purchase all materials in addition to labor costs. Leather and fabric by the yard can be difficult to source in small quantities, so pricing will depend on my ability to obtain materials in the proper quantity. I will source materials and quote the approximate project cost before any purchase is made. All excess materials for these projects can be shipped to the buyer but may increase cost of shipping.

My bag has become damaged. Can you fix it?

I create bags with the intention of having them truly be an investment that will hold up over time. If you have an issue with your bag due to construction within the first 90 days, I will repair and replace parts free of charge. Buyer will pay shipping both ways. Outside of 90 days, if a need for repair arises due to heavy use or a freak accident, I will assess the labor and parts necessary and quote the buyer a cost for repair. Buyer will pay shipping both ways.

My necklace broke. Can you fix it?

Absolutely. I will replace any defective parts free of charge and will not charge for labor, but I will require the buyer to pay shipping both ways. 95% of the time, a "broken" necklace is really just a jump ring that has slipped off of the chain. If you would like to avoid paying shipping and waiting for repair, this can be fixed easily with a pair of jewelry pliers from your local craft store.

Where are my digital files?

When you purchase a digital quilt pattern, you will receive an automatic email from Etsy with a link to download the files. Many customers claim they never receive this email—it is likely the email is in spam or the purchase was made using a different email address. Regardless, you can also download the files by visiting Etsy.com/your/purchases where you will see a black button that says “Download Files” next to the purchase. You will not see this on the Etsy mobile app—only the website. If you don’t see the purchase at all, you likely have two Etsy accounts or checked out as a Guest. If you have exhausted all options and truly need help accessing your files, message me your email address and I will send you the files directly.
