Our products arrive unfinished and are ready for painting, staining, or other DIY finishes. Please note: • Some items may require light sanding before finishing • Laser cutting may leave darker edges or small burn marks • A natural burnt wood smell may be present We recommend spray paint, acrylic paint, or wood stain for best results.

We can create custom cutouts using customer-provided: • SVG files • Vector artwork • Black and white silhouette images

If possible, we will combine orders and refund excess shipping costs. Please note: once an order has been packaged or shipped, additional items cannot be added.

We offer bulk discounts for larger orders of the same design and size (50+ pieces). Please message us for a custom quote.

Most designs are measured by their longest side, which may be either height or width depending on the shape. Please review listing photos carefully before ordering. Orders placed in the wrong size are not considered seller errors. Returns are accepted according to our return policy.

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping preparation has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Eligible items may be returned at the buyer's expense within 14 days of delivery. Please note: • Original shipping costs are non-refundable • A 15% restocking fee applies • Returned items must arrive back before a refund can be issued Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any missing or incorrect item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify claims reported after this period.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an address issue after checkout, contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
