DOMESTIC: Priority Mail includes up to $100 insurance & tracking. Please generally allow 2-3 business days for processing your order after purchase & 2-5 business days for arrival after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders ship First Class Int'l if weight allows. Heavier items ship Priority Int'l. Insurance is highly recommended. To insure an item for shipment, contact me, & I can upgrade shipping. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. You are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

Please remember that buying vintage means you are buying pre-owned, previously loved garments. I'm always honest with my descriptions & do my best to accurately describe any flaws that I can detect with my eyes. All garments are carefully examined, however please expect tiny imperfections, general wear, as you are purchasing an old used item that is not in mint condition.

Please ask questions if you're not sure about your expectations for a garment, as I will be glad to send additional photos, measurements, descriptions.

Vintage clothing fits closer to the body than modern clothing. Please measure yourself carefully using fabric tape over your undergarments using our guide below. Please allow enough breathing room to ensure a good fit. Listed sizes are for reference only. Always refer to our accurate measurements taken while item is laid flat, then doubled.

SHOULDERS: garment measurements are taken seam to seam or appox. tip to outer tip of sleeves if raglan.

BUST: Measure over your undergarments around the fullest part of your chest.

WAIST: Find your natural waist which is generally the crease located above your belly button when you bend forward. Measure on bare skin.

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your bottom in the center of your hips.

EXCELLENT | Minimal wear. Inside lining may have some fading but no holes, tears, stains, or other "visible" flaws to my knowledge.

VERY Good | a couple minor flaws that are not noticeable when worn or used which are described to the best of my ability. (Pre-1940s items with minor flaws may be described as very good)

Great VINTAGE | Item is showing some signs of use and age, light wear, small visible flaws seen while worn or used which are described to the best of my ability.

GOOD | Structurally sound, wearable with some visible fading or stains, small holes, fading, etc. that are described accordingly.

FAIR | May not be wearable in current condition. AS IS. More than a few stains, holes, fading etc. which are described accordingly.

Items can be reserved for 24 hours without a deposit. Reservations up to 10 days require a non-refundable deposit of 15%. The item(s) must be paid for in-full within 10 days or will be removed from reservation & payments will not be refunded.

Layaway is available for orders over $300. Layaway requires a 20% deposit & weekly payments in the deposit amount until item is paid in-full, usually within one month. Layaway payments are non-refundable.

No exceptions.

Whenever possible, my new listings will contain information on the researched & tested care recommendations for items.

Many items in the shop are carefully cleaned & ready for wear & use.

However, it is my philosophy that not all vintage can or should ever be hand-washed or dry-cleaned. Washing & cleaning vintage items less frequently or never will help preserve them longer.

Always store vintage in a cool dry location whenever possible.

EU customers have up to within 14 business days of delivery to contact Poesy Fellows regarding issues, returns, exchanges. Refund or credit will include initial shipping cost. Return shipments should be post-marked within 7 days of request for return & be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to 100% of purchase price.
