*You may request a cancellation within 10 hours of purchase to receive a refund of the shipping and item costs.

*In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we are open to reaching an agreement based on presented evidence. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If returning the package for a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be issued upon the package's arrival. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will cover the price of the item(s) but does not include shipping costs.

*Prior to packing and shipping, we carefully photograph each product. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, providing appropriate evidence. We will promptly address the issue.

*If you are unable to receive your package at home and receive a delivery note from the Postal Service, please reschedule delivery or personally collect the package from your local post office. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to Canada. If necessary, we can assist in forwarding your package; however, the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
