How well do the painted Bibles hold up?

All Bibles are sealed with a satin, waterproof sealant to provide durability and protection from minor scratches, stains, liquid spills, and oils on your fingers. They wear well if taken care of, but keep in mind they are pieces of artwork meant to be handled gently.

How long will it take to get my Bible?

Each Bible is different, but we keep the processing times current and accurate, and they are noted on each listing. On average, leather Bibles will arrive in 1-2 weeks, text only painted Bibles in 3-4 weeks, and all other painted Bibles can be 4-8 weeks, depending on the time of year.

What if I have issues with my order?

Please please contact us if you have problems! We would love to make it right for you. Don't hesitate to let us know :)

Do you do wholesale orders?

Currently no, but we can do up to 10 Bibles at a time if you need a grouping of them. Please contact us first before purchasing.

Best pen for writing on Bible pages?

We love Sakura Micron pens. They are archival quality ink pens that do not bleed through thin Bible pages and write very smoothly. Any pen will show very slight "shadowing" since Bible pages are so thin, but the micron pens do a great job and we've had great luck with them. We recommend the black 0.5mm, but the pens are also available in different colors and nib widths. Gel highlighters also work well for highlighting.
