I’m confused by this. We had a very pleasant exchange via messages where you asked for a refund because you thought this was a finished item, not a pattern. My reply and action was a full refund was issued and order cancelled.

Cute item....but the turnaround time was very slow. I had technical issues that couldn't get resolved on my end and the shop owner couldn't fix...so I ended up going with another similar design...With a different shop owner who responds right away!
