Seller can’t help USPS mistakes but absolutely was there for me when USPS simply kept shipping my order around, just not to me. In the end, I got it around a week late but had it taken longer, they would have replaced- which I appreciate. Bags seem to be okay and good quality, one already showing mycelium growth… which of course can be the culture itself, but also wouldn’t happen with bad substrate ( at least not as healthy looking) . After having purchased from 5 different vendors, I believe this is the one !
