Customers are responsible for any local charges, custom taxes and duties that may be charged. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers in Europe may now also pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: Due to ongoing international shipping difficulties, we are currently only able to post a maximum of 1 x Gift Set sized item per postage cost paid for overseas orders. Please contact us if you wish to purchase more than one Gift Set and we will create a custom listing for you.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail’s first-class service. Please be aware that due to Royal Mail strike action, there are considerable delays in the postal network. We’re very sorry if your order has been affected by the mail delays, we have done all that we can to ship your order out within one working day of it being placed with us. We kindly ask that you’re able to be patient and allow Royal Mail to process the backlog of mail.

If the Royal Mail tracking states "an update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" which means that your parcel is still in transit, so hopefully your parcel will arrive as soon as it’s made its way through the Royal Mail’s system. There will be no further update until delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE - Please note that due to the ongoing disruption at Royal Mail, we are currently only offering Tracked Airmail shipping to international destinations. Please plan for shipping delays when ordering from outside of the UK.

International order turnaround times depend on the destination but please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your order to arrive. We apologise if your order has not arrived by Etsy’s estimated dates – these dates are only an estimate and do not account for external delays such as holiday volume of mail or US customs checks.
