Since I use a 3rd party fulfillment production center to print and ship products there are no exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged. Customer will also be responsible for shipping charges if product is not deliverable due to wrong address or are unclaimed.

With digital printing the apparel is treated and will have a smell upon arrival but is gone after the first washing. Most of our apparel is 100% cotton which means you may experience ½ to 1 full size of shrinkage. Washing your apparel inside out will help extend the life of your design

Arrived with a spot on it right smack in the middle of the two "EE's" in "keep." Was advised to wash it (and I sprayed it) - came out reasonably well, but I was giving it as a gift and now looks used. Like the graphic, but not a good quality shirt for the amount of money I paid.
