2) Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged in the mail. You must return the item to us so that we can evaluate the claim. Customer-damaged returns will not be accepted. The customer must understand that these are plastic printed items, and therefore should understand that these are not indestructible. They must be handled with care.
