When cancelling, please contact me as soon as possible. SVV makes no guarantees that an order can be canceled, as packages go out quickly.

The item must be in the same condition as it was when received and the buyer is responsible for both original and return shipping costs. The refund will be for the item only, and will not include the original shipping cost. The refund will be issued once the item is returned back to SVV

International Orders are shipped through Global Postal Shipping or USPS International Priority depending on destination. Current delays are expected and should be considered before purchasing.

Once your order leaves the US it can no longer be tracked by me or the US Postal Service.

International packages are currently taking 30-60 days on average to be delivered, and could take a bit longer depending on your county's customs policies, as well as Covid-19 related delays. Your package could include additional tax/duties upon arrival to its destination country to be paid by the buyer.

Transparency is a promise. Each item is thoroughly checked for defects/flaws and when found, explained under "notes on condition" in the details. If an item does not have a "note on condition" this means there is no detected flaw and is in great vintage condition.

Each listing has a Measuring Guide to help determine if an item will fit. Measure a similarly cut garment you own and compare measurements. Be sure to lay the item flat and use a garment measuring tape. Yarn can be used as a measuring tape alternative.
