1) to be made with a plain complementary velvet back or double-sided
2) to be made knife edge or piped

If you’re thinking about custom options like different piping or trims, just give us a shout—we love to chat about ideas!

Every cushion cover is lovingly handcrafted right here in Yorkshire, where quality is at the heart of what we do. To make sure they stand the test of time, we fully over-lock each cover to prevent fraying, and every piece is carefully inspected before it’s packaged with care. We suggest giving it a gentle press before popping in the inner, and for an easier fill, just fold the inner in half!

Pattern Positioning:
We always strive to create beautifully centered patterns, but keep in mind that the placement might vary slightly from what you see in our listings due to the fabric's nature. If you have specific preferences, just drop us a note or reach out—we're more than happy to help.

Customisation & Additional Products:
Since each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives faulty or damaged. To help you choose the perfect fabric, we offer samples so you can see the colours in person before making a decision. Along with cushion covers, we have a lovely range of home products like curtains, Roman blinds, seat cushions, lampshades, doorstops, bolster cushions, draught excluders, and more. If you have any custom requests, feel free to reach out for a quote and an estimated delivery time!

Shipping Details:
For our UK customers, we send orders via Royal Mail, with larger items shipped through DHL Express Delivery.

International Orders:
For our international friends, we use tracked Royal Mail services. Once your parcel lands in your country, it will be handled by your local postal service. For orders over £200, we ship via an insured courier service through DHL Express. If you have any special courier requests or need faster shipping, just let us know!

VAT & Customs

Good news! For all international orders, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are included in the price you pay at checkout.

We prepay all customs charges, so you won’t face any unexpected fees, extra costs, or customs delays during delivery.

Cushion Inners:
We also offer inners for an extra cost, with options for fibre or feather fillings. For a plumper look, we suggest using inners that are 2" larger than your cover, as shown in our listing images. Of course, this is all about what you prefer! Please note that due to high postage costs, we can only ship inners within the UK. Any orders for inners placed outside the UK will be refunded unless we make other arrangements.
