Can I request design changes once I see a design proof?

Of course! Minor changes (i.e. a hairstyle/top/name change) to a design are free of charge during the proof process. Major design changes (i.e. changing many elements [hairstyles/tops/bottoms], requesting a different mug or print design entirely, etc) will result in additional fees to cover the cost of the seller's time spent on the originally requested design.

Can I cancel my order after designing has occurred?

Yes you can, however, when a buyer cancels an order after a design proof has been shared with them, a refund will be less a $5 design fee. This covers the cost of the seller's time that was spent creating a design before the order was cancelled. Cancellations made before a design has been provided will always be refunded 100%.

Do I see a custom design before it is created?

Yes! All custom and personalized order designs are shared with the buyer for final approval before creation of your item takes place. Please look design proofs over carefully -- as with any manual process, human error does happen! Once proofs are approved, items will be created and shipped per the provided designs.
