This is a green felt headpiece create by hand and has a wire base that can fit any head size comfortably.
WHAT MAKES THIS SO UNIQUE!!!
I form each piece while on my head to see how it fits and looks and then take it off and hand sew each piece. I design it to wear both ways so there's no front or back.
