Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for an extra fee on most items. Send us a message if you wish to add. We are cognizant when it comes to hot summers and package our heat sensitive items accordingly.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! But please review each listing individually for more information.

I needed it, like, yesterday! Is rush shipping an option?

Yes! Rush shipping is totally an option. Please email us. We will be more than happy to discuss rush shipping options that cater to your specific needs.

Do you charge an arm and a leg for shipping?

Don't worry, you can keep your limbs. Our rates for flat envelope items are calculated at checkout for you and you have control of choosing regular or priority mail. Everything else ships based on size and weight. Some of our most popular items ship free and if you order over $35 from our shop, those items ship free as well.

Can I track my order?

You betcha! WITH THE EXCEPTION OF USPS 1ST CLASS STANDARD MAIL ITEMS! They have changed their policies to save costs and will not track certain standard mail packages. I suggest priority as it will be insured and can be tracked easily.

Will my chocolates melt?

We pack very carefully and include ice packs free of charge (during warm months). These ice packs are not meant to stay frozen for days so that is why we ship Priority Mail as well and we email you so that you will be on the lookout for your delivery. If your packages get placed in parcel lockers you need to keep an eye out for it! We are nor responsible for those melting inn a hot metal box! Heat and metal definitely do not mix. We've shipped to many hot and humid states and haven't had any melted chocolates.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail or late?

Once we pay for the label and drop it off at the designated carrier, we cannot be held responsible. We have no control over the carriers. I will say that if you ship priority mail, packages are insured and you can make a claim with USPS to get a refund.
