When will my items arrive?

Currently, our lead time prior to shipping is about 1-3 business days. We working as hard as we can to expand our operations and make this better. For domestic orders, items will usually arrive roughly 3-6 days after that with standard shipping and 2-4 days with priority. For international orders, there is considerable variance and we are unable to always make accurate estimates. As always, feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering with any additional questions. If you need the order more quickly in order to hit a deadline or specific date, please reach out and we will see what we can do.

Our cutter sizes are approximate and refer to the cutout size (though usually they do not vary by much outside of the stated size), and are determined by the larger of the width or height, so a 3” cutter will be either 3” wide OR tall with the other dimensions appropriately scaled as shown in the listing image, height (cutting depth) is around 0.6” regardless of size selected though we can customize this as needed - feel free to reach out and we can work to meet your requirements.

Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe, but can be washed in warm water (less than 130 degrees F). They should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Introducing our one-of-a-kind 3D printed cookie cutters! Our cutters are specifically designed to make your baking experience unique and enjoyable. With our cutters, you can create beautiful and precise designs for your cookies, clay, fondant, cheese, bread, and more!

Our cutters come in various sizes, determined by the larger of the width or height with a cutting depth of 0.7 inches. That means a 3-inch cutter will be either 3 inches wide OR tall, depending on the design. Whether you are looking for a small cutter to create intricate designs for your cake or a larger cutter for your cookies, we have got you covered.

For best results, we recommend using cutters 3 inches and under for fondant or décor and 4 inches and above for cookies.

Our cutters are made to last and can be used on various food items, making them versatile and convenient. Just be sure to avoid using them on the warm or hot dough to ensure they remain intact.

Not only do our cutters look great, but they are also easy to clean - wash them in warm water, but please do not put them in the dishwasher as this will damage them.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly for a resolution. We promise to work with you to achieve 100% satisfaction and make your experience with our products great.

So why wait? Add a touch of personality to your baked goods and order your 3D-printed cookie cutters today!
