BABY: The waist measures approximately 10" relaxed and will stretch to about 23" in circumference. The tulle skirt measures about 7.5" in length. This tutu fits most infants up to 2 years old. ** Will ship with NB through 24 Month Bodysuit size selection **

TUTU DISCLAIMER: You may notice a slight odor coming from the tutu. This is from a stiffening spray that is used on tutus to give it its shape. If desired this can be removed by following the clothing care instructions in the FAQ section. This will in effect give the tutu a softer feel and more flowy look.
