1. What are your banners made of?

The banners are printed on heavy weight 13 oz vinyl material.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing Time - After I will receive your order I will email you a proof of your banner/backdrop to approve usually within 3-4 business day from date of your purchase. Make sure to respond asap as not to delay processing time.

3. When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 2 business days from the date you approve your proof. Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your zip code. You will also have the option to upgrade to next day air at checkout if you're in a hurry to receive your banner.

5. What is the difference between Grommets and Pole Pockets?

Metal grommets are placed in the four corners and every 2 feet around the banner, giving you anchor points to attach rope, string, hooks, screws and nails, or zip-ties. Hang banners directly on a wall or suspend them from a ceiling, beams, balconies, or any overhanging surface. I recommend the following accessory if you'll be hanging your banner from a wall. Command strip hooks. Pole pockets allow poles to be inserted into the banner material in order to display it on a banner stand. Pole pockets can be included on the top or top and bottom of the banner.

6. What is your refund & cancellation policy?

Due to my products being personalized I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations because they can not be resold. However please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If the issue is my error I will gladly work with you to resolve.

7. Where can I see more of your designs?

See more of my designs on my website at BannersbyRoz.com also on my Instagram & FB pages @bannersbyroz

Roz did an amazing job with the 8"x8" tuxedo backdrop for my boyfriend's 50th birthday party. She responded in a more than prompt manner to all of my inquiries and she made all my requested changes. She even added an image of him to the backdrop for a very affordable price. I can't wait to display the backdrop at the event. Excellent customer service coupled with a quality product. I will definitely be using this shop again in the future. Five stars!!!
