My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it!

I'm so sorry to hear that! Most often, the postal service marks it prematurely as "delivered." Give it a few days to show up - or even check around with neighbors. Unfortunately, once an item is out of my hands and into the hands of the postal service, there is nothing I can do to ensure it gets into your hands.

My package was marked Returned to Sender.

Oh no! As soon as I have received the item in the mail, we have two options. Option 1: If you no longer want the item, I can refund you for the purchase (minus shipping, as I had mailed it to your address). Option 2: If you still want the item, I can send you a listing to purchase a new shipping label. Please contact me with which way you would like to proceed!
