Returns and exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of my pieces I do not accept returns. However I do accept exchanges for store credit or another item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Shipping delays / lost packages

Once a package is dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands. We are not responsible for USPS delays. I am always happy to help you track a package, just shoot me a message or email me. Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail include a tracking number and insurance. USPS insurance claims can be filed on the USPS website.

Do you use real crystals?

Yes, however, many of the crystals are dyed, have a titanium coating or are polished. If you are looking for only 100% natural / raw crystals and aren't sure which to choose please feel free to Etsy message or email me.
