My processing time is currently 1-5 Business Days. However, larger and/or custom orders may delay this. I will communicate any delays with you within the original processing time stated in the listing details of your purchased item. While I usually do some work on weekends, I try to reserve that time for my family.

I suggest using VistaPrint or FedEx Kinkos. However you can also print them at home or any other printer you choose.

Make sure to see what file formats they require, prior to purchase and add that in the notes to seller section.

Absolutely! I love custom orders! If you don't see something in my shop that fits your needs or if you need your own twist on one of my listings, contact me for a custom listing!

Please review your proofs within 5 days of receiving them. If you have any changes please contact me ASAP. Changes after 5 days may result in an additional charge.
You are responsible for proofing your product before sending it for print or before it is created. This shop does it's best effort to make sure there are no errors but highly recommends reviewing all of the information. This shop is not responsible for incorrect information after the item is created/printed.

Are you on the Etsy App? If so, PDF's and some other file formats cannot be viewed from the app. Please use the mobile or desktop website to see the files.

If you are downloading it via a google share link, please make sure you are saving the file to your computer before printing. Please do not try to print from the google drive folder.

No worries! This is totally Normal!
If your decal doesn’t fully come off the backing when you gently pull the transfer tape up, just carefully lay it back down and follow the instructions included with a credit card or other form object to re-adhere it to the tape. It’s common for the vinyl to unattached itself during shipping due to temperature changes.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided if you rip the decal. I test each decal to make sure that the vinyl adheres, prior to it being shipped out.

Simply copy and paste the preview link in the top listing description and paste into your browser window (chrome, Firefox, safari, IE) on your desktop or laptop and start playing around with editing the text fields, changing colors, etc.

If you decide this is the design you want, simply purchase the listing and you will receive an automatic download from etsy with instructions as well as an email form Templett with a link and instructions to be able to edit and save your file.

You can even have your file set up to print multiple on a sheet to save paper and time! It’s so simple!
