HOW DO I SEND MY INFORMATION?
During the checkout process, enter your information in the Personalization box or in the Message to Seller section.

This is what we normally need to know:
• Name
• Age (birthday orders only)
• Party Date including day of the week
• Party Time
• Party Location
• RSVP information (RSVP by date, phone number, email address, etc.)

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE YOU PRINT?
Of course! We want to make sure you are happy with the way they look before we print. We will send you a proof to review within 24 hours of your purchase, unless you buy on a weekend, then you may have to wait until Monday. We are closed on the weekends and holidays.

If we do not receive a reply from you in 2 days we will print and mail your order, and we will not be at fault for any errors or missing information given when you submitted your order. If you need more time to review your proof, please let us know. We will adjust the shipping date on your order.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After your approval is received we will begin printing your order and it will be ready to ship within 3 - 4 BUSINESS days. We ship via USPS 1st Class Mail which usually takes 3 – 5 days to arrive to you. If you need your order sooner, we offer shipping upgrades, including the option to RUSH your order, which can you select during checkout.
