Can you expedite or ship overnight?

Our FedEx truck will only pick up Ground orders so we are unable to expedite.

Can you change my shipping address?

If you request to make an address change that is different from your checkout address, the email tracking you receive will have your original address and will not reflect the change as it is generated by Etsy and not us. We will make a note of the change but cannot guarantee it. Please make any changes before checkout.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.?

We are unable to ship outside the contiguous U.S. due to shipping via FedEx Ground. Freight is an entirely different pickup that is not accessible to us. Thank you for understanding.

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please wait 48 hours as FedEx can prematurely mark the tracking number delivered.
