Was shipped the wrong color she did honor it and sent a new one but its horrible quality vinyl wont even come off the backing to be put on vehicle definitely disappointed!

Thank you for your review. As stated in our message, we recommend rubbing a credit card over the backing paper can help re-adhere the sticky tape to the decal. This should allow the decal to release from the backing. We use a professional grade sign vinyl, so it is likely the tack of the tape was affected by sitting in the heat for so long. Please reach out again should you have any other issues.
