Special care for amber and natural stone jewelry is required. Amber is a soft and can scratch easily. Avoid heavy physical activity like exercising (including swimming), and housecleaning. Amber and stone jewelry is naturally porous and can discolor with oils and UV light. Take off your jewelry every night, give it a wipe with a damp paper towel. Store it in a Ziploc plastic bag and place in light free box or drawer.
