I bought a portrait for my partner. I had a lot of questions before I bought it, and Ivan was very helpful. And the portrait is perfect. I had some pretty vague notes on the first version, but the second one absolutely nailed what I wanted, even with my inability to clearly articulate it. And my partner loves it!
