Downloading items to your smart phone or tablet will reduces the quality and your item may print pixelated. Save/ download the files to either your computer or portable flash drive.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

All orders with the exclusion of INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (file that you have access to download as soon as transaction is completed) can be cancelled. You CAN NOT cancel your order if the file has already been personalized/completed and emailed. PRINTING SERVICES: THERE IS A $5 CANCELLATION FEE PLUS THE COST OF ALL PRINTED ITEMS IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ODER AFTER THE FILES HAVE BEEN PRINTED

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FILE

All DIGITAL FILES are sent to the email on file with Etsy after we personalize them with your party details. All PRINTED FILES will be sent to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please make sure you address on file is correct.
