Check the shipping info on the individual item page, or the expected ship date for your order. It will give you the processing time for your order, usually 1-2 business days, which does NOT include weekends or holidays. We ship most business days, but I also take vacations - the processing time given on your listing or order will always be the most accurate.

We also offer a RUSH MY ORDER SERVICE, though I encourage you to reach out before paying for this, as I cannot rush your order when traveling.

All orders are shipped through Etsy and can be tracked through your purchases page on Etsy.

If your tracking is not updating, please understand that there is nothing we can do, and it is most likely still on its way and though sometimes delayed, almost all parcels make it to their destination.

If you need to inquire about a package that has been shipped, please call your local USPS office for help. (The one that your mail comes from directly) If I (or you) call the main USPS line, they will just tell us what the tracking shows online. They are not helpful.

We accept exchanges if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the order and it is postmarked back within 7 days, in its original condition with all freebies.

We will pay return shipping/ refunds ONLY if we have sent the wrong item, an item broke, or if an order goes missing. This is very rare, we package very carefully. We require photos of damage for insurance, and in some cases you will need to sign an affidavit confirming that your item was lost/ damaged.

If you decide you've changed your mind, then you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

If the item arrives back to us damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value so please package just as carefully as we did for you.

If it has not shipped, message me ASAP with the correct address, so that it can be changed. If your order has already been shipped, you can try to intercept the package via USPS and that is your responsibility. If the package is returned to me because of an incomplete, incorrect or old address, or for any other reason outside of our control the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please double check your address whenever you make a purchase!

We have listing for that. It is called "Cherry Picking." You add it to your order for each item you'd like to cherry pick a specific piece for. Each purchase of this listing is good for 1-2 messages sent to you with photos of the stock I have, and you can circle the one you'd like and send that back to receive it in your order.

In most cases, the package says it has been delivered but it is still on the truck, and will show up later that day or the next day.

Many folks also message me back telling me that their neighbor, spouse, roommate etc had grabbed it for them and forgot to let them know, so if you think its missing, please ask anyone else who might've grabbed your mail!

If nobody has grabbed your mail, please directly ask your mail carrier where they left it, or call your local USPS office for help. They can ask your mail carrier if it was indeed delivered and where it has been left.
