Picnic In the Park is absolutely gorgeous on screen, & even more so in person. I was taken aback by the preservation of color & tone—so often these can get lost in the process. This piece is one of my personal favorite landscapes I own—the artist is so uniquely gifted with capturing the pure mood of summer.
