Nag Champa! I heard you. Seriously. All of the many messages asking me to put my amazing Nag Champa scent (plumeria, musk, woods & spice blend) into my wonderfully moisturizing lotion bar recipe. And this is my recipe, not a base merely melted & scented. Each natural oil specifically chosen to nourish dry skin and with delightful fragrance too!

2oz by weight. Super moisturizing formula. Creamy and emollient rich. This is the perfect traveling companion (won't spill) and just a little goes a long way! Recommended for elbows, knees, hands and feet...it glides on, and moisturizes. Convenient no spill formula. Perfect for travel!

Multiple tubes are shown to better display the product, but each sale is for just one tube...unless you want more, of course!

Ingredients: shea oil, cocoa butter, beeswax, cyclomethicone, fragrance, natural vitamin E. That's it. Simply perfect!

First, my apologies that your order didn't arrive as expected. Please check the tracking number provided when I shipped. If it shows 'delivered', and you don't have it...the steps below may help.
1. Ask your neighbors if your package was received by them.
2. Check other members of the family to see if your package was received (in a personal story, I had this happen, and my package was in the garage...for 2 weeks before I found it...)
3. Submit a help request via the USPS website.
4. If still not found, you can request a search via the USPS site.

Fragrances are very personal. One person will adore a scent and another will be less enthused. I always list the notes for medley or blend fragrances but you won't know what you love best until you smell it in person. I've also had folks smell notes in scents that aren't there (because I do the blend) but to them...it is. If you are new to my products (or to a scent) I would strongly suggest that you buy the smallest size possible at first. This is even true for scents with names like Patchouli or Lavender. For this reason, I don't offer refunds or adjustments for 'I don't love this scent'. Of course, I hope you do!

Many shops mark up their products so that they can offer a 'good discount'. To me, that's unethical. I strive to keep my prices fair and reasonable all of the time. If I mark something down, that's because I'm likely discontinuing that product. You'll find most discounted items in my Sale section. Of course, I also offer '3fer' and '6fer' deals to save you money on both product and bundled shipping. AND I still offer my 'free ship' deal at a $45 minimum merchandise spend.

Of course, shipping isn't really free. I pay the USPS to ship your order. But I use this as a way to say 'thank you' to my valued long time customers (who do like to stock UP). Since shipping is not a profit center, I'll continue to offer this as long as I can.

Right now (November 2023) I am still shipping to Canada for many items. Of course, I do ship to any US military base/APO as well as to all US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc). However, many countries have instituted laws & processes that are unique to their market. And, as a single human, I can't keep up with all of those rules & regs. Of course, if you choose to have your order shipped to a US freight forwarder, I'll happily ship it to that location (based on your order's address).

When I did ship 'anywhere' I did have issues with folks asking me to mark orders as 'gifts' or misrepresent the value of the order. I get it. No one likes taxes. But I run an ethical business and such isn't anything I can do. Thanks!

Free ship is only available to US destinations, including Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) as well as any APO address. I do offer shipping (on some products) to Canada, but I regret that I can't offer you the free ship deal IF your address is in Canada. If you use a US based parcel consolidation service, and wish your order to go THERE....you can definitely take advantage (and I hope you do!). Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions.

If your order is returned to me, my first stop is to let you know. Next, I provide a refund for the product value. Since shipping was paid to the USPS/UPS to ship your order, that fee is not refundable. Of course, I will drop you a note and let you know.

For domestic (US) 'free ship' orders, you will receive a refund MINUS the shipping cost. Of course, shipping is never 'free'. For larger orders, I pay shipping out of my profit. But if the order returns, there is no profit, and the shipping cost is deducted from the money due back to you.

Note, that products returned are NEVER resold. However, I do hold onto any returned items for up to a week, in case you want your order reshipped. Let me know if you have any questions.

I loooove this so much. I have tactile sensitivities and cannot stand the feeling of lotion on my palms, but I often want/need lotion on my knuckles. The unique twist up stick style applicator of this lotion is ideal for me! The scent is spot-on, just like my favorite incense. Will absolutely order again when I run out.

I was surprised at how large these lotion sticks are! This one smells wonderful, and although the lotion feels greasy at first, after a minute or two of working it in, it leaves your skin baby soft and dries non-greasy. Since I've been using it, my normally dry, cracked winter skin on my hands has been perfect. I'm really amazed. I love it, thanks!
